Profound Orthodontics started with one location and we are currently at four across Metro Detroit. My goal is to create the greatest experience at an orthodontist’s office and with us you’re going to get that boutique experience. We know all patients by name, we know their families, we get to know their lives and I really feel it’s one of those experiences that no other orthodontist can provide.
It’s a one-on-one, each visit you’re going to see the doctor specifically, and we try to create the greatest experience a patient can get at an orthodontist’s office. At Profound Orthodontics, all treatment is painless and easy. We like to show the patient what they’re going to get, we walk them through it, we show the parents and we keep the patient at ease.
So every kid that comes in has a wonderful experience. As an adult who’s thinking about doing braces or Invisalign, I like to show them a lot of examples of patients of ours who had this treatment before. This gives them an example to see what they’ll look like outside the office.
I think that really helps when they see someone else other than them getting the braces on. I tried to create an environment that all ages can like. As a kid, I loved going to an office where I saw a lot of sports memorabilia, so I decided to put the greatest memorabilia in our office, right? The greatest athletes that I know as a kid they’ll be excited to see and I think that creates a memorable experience for them and I think it’s also cool that they’re able to see some of the athletes come into our office.
At Profound Orthodontics, we treat a lot of athletes, a lot of local stars across Metro Detroit and I think that gives me a great reputation because it means that they put a multitude of athletes in the local Detroit area. From the Michigan Wolverines football team, to the Detroit Pistons, the Detroit Lions, to even world champion boxers and this shows that the level of expertise that I have is great enough where the athletes are trusting me and I would love to have your families come in and trust me as well. At Profound Orthodontics, consults are complimentary.
The first moment you walk in, we like to take x-rays and pictures of your kid’s teeth or the adult’s teeth and this allows us to diagnose and show before and after what the patient’s teeth are going to look like. Then they’ll be able to walk through and we’ll guide you on how we can get to that final product and then they’ll be able to know what the costs and what the game plan would be to move forward. Finance can be very tricky and at Profound Orthodontics, we like to help patients get to a budget that they’re comfortable at.
We work with each one of our patients to fit in the proper cost that can help them achieve the smile they want. We offer flexible payment plans and no interest. We finance in-house, meaning you don’t have to go through a third party and we help every patient achieve the smile they want at the comfort they want.
