Dr. Mary on Braces vs. Invisalign
Picking between Invisalign and braces really is a case-by-case matter. So if I find that, you know, a patient’s kind of forgetful and maybe not going to wear their trays those 20 to 22 hours a day like you need to with Invisalign, then maybe you’re a better candidate for braces. But maybe if you’re like a really professional person, you give, you know, a lot of, you have a lot of meetings and you give a lot of presentations, then Invisalign might be a option for you.
Each patient really can be treated with both options, but I always make sure I get to know my patients, get to know their wants and needs out of their treatment, and we can pick, you know, either option from there.
